We are Celebrating the Olympics

In the spirit of sportsmanship and teamwork, we are celebrating the Olympics. Throughout the week, we’ve played Olympic trivia on the morning announcements.  Each classroom was assigned a different country. The students and staff decorated their classrooms and for today’s “fashion Friday” everyone wore clothes/colours that represented their country. We celebrate our global community and wish all of the athletes the best of luck.

Looking back:Technology in the Classroom

Today in Grade 5 Science, the students were debating about energy resources.  Mrs. Burke uses various forms of technology such as iPads and the 'nearpod' program to generate discussion and create an interactive learning environment.
