Our Much Anticipated Annual Teddy Bear Picnic!

The end-of-year Teddy Bear picnic for the Kindergarten classes is a heartwarming tradition that marks the conclusion of another joyous year of learning and growth. Excitement fills the air as the little ones eagerly pack their favorite teddy bears and blankets, ready for a day of outdoor fun and camaraderie.

The picnic takes place in one of the many green spaces available to us – the beautiful park just yards from the school – and is the perfect picnic spot as it transforms into our colorful and lively picnic venue adorned with blankets, balloons, and teddy bears of all shapes and sizes. Laughter and giggles echo as the children enjoy a variety of games, activities, and snacks, surrounded by their beloved furry companions.

For the Kindergarten students, the Teddy Bear picnic is more than just a fun event; it is a memorable experience that fosters friendship and bolsters their sense of belonging within our close-knit Newton’s Grove Community.

As they gather with their classmates and teachers, they create cherished memories that will stay with them for years to come. This is a much-anticipated annual event that is  filled with joy and wonder!

The Teddy Bear picnic not only celebrates the end of the school year but also symbolizes the bonds of friendship and the joy of childhood, the growth the students have experienced over the past year, and their accomplishments too, making this a truly special and heartwarming occasion for all.
