Director of Admissions and Enrolment Management
Mrs. Meevis has nearly 30 years of experience in education and leadership, having worked with students from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 and held roles including: Principal, Vice Principal, Head of Primary School, and Head of Curriculum & Programming. In her professional development she has completed PQP Parts 1 & 2 and earned an Executive MBA (EDC) from McGill University. As Director of Admissions and Enrolment Management, Mrs. Meevis and the Admissions team build the foundational connections and relationships with prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process, facilitating smooth student transitions, and nurturing a sense of belonging to our community. In addition, Mrs. Meevis will be building relationships with the greater community, as well as, coordinating specialized events.
In her role, Mrs. Meevis supports an environment where integrity, passion, and a shared vision are upheld to the highest standard, embodying her notion that, “We are our best version of ourselves when we give to others.”

Having been a classroom teacher for over 20 years at Newton’s Grove School, Emily Petroff is well qualified to be our Admissions Coordinator. Mrs. Petroff is outstanding in assisting prospective parents and students to learn about the school’s many strengths. Her honesty and outgoing nature ensures parents are well served in learning how the school works to challenge and support every child in all areas. Mrs. Petroff is always delighted to welcome new families and ensure they are well looked after.
