Dissection of a Rat Academics The Grade 10 Science class had the opportunity to examine the characteristics of a rat’s anatomy while dissecting rats. Dissections help researchers get a 3-dimensional picture of how the systems of a body work together. Students had the opportunity to see how the respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems are arranged spatially.
