Magnitude Martial Arts Athletics Both the Grade 7 and Grade 8 classes are taking part in Magnitude Martial Arts through their PE classes. Martial Arts helps develop character through structured and disciplined training. Students learn ways to respect others as well as self-defense techniques, while becoming more aware of their surroundings. Martial Arts helps build self-confidence, develop self-discipline and focus, and increases physical and mental strength.
