Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a Splash of Green

Our school may be closed for the March break, but wherever you may be on this St. Paddy’s day, we know there is always a buzz of excitement for St. Patrick’s Day – a day filled with history, culture, and, of course, a sea of green!

St. Patrick’s Day is a cultural and religious celebration held on the anniversary of St. Patrick’s death. St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland, and this day commemorates Irish culture and heritage with parades, special foods, music, dancing, and a lot of green.

We hope that during this March break, wherever you are and whomever you’re celebrating with, you have the opportunity to commemorate by dressing in green, whether it’s a green shirt, pants, hats, or even socks.

Our Newton’s Grove faculty is looking forward to spreading happiness, wearing a splash of green, and maybe even finding a bit of luck along the way.

We hope you make this St. Patrick’s day one to remember, full of laughter, learning, and lots of fun.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone! Let the festivities begin! 🍀
